My first recorded sound! it's actually just 6 secs long. I was on a vacation yesterday to a cottage resort, but it was a really rainy day. I decided to take out my $300 samsung to record a bit of the rain. I had the quality at 22khz, so the quality kinda sucks but it's still ok. I also have 2 more sounds (i couldn't record any more because my mic on the tablet broke and it only picks up static).
This was recorded in a woodshop with a loud dust collector going on, so it's not the cleanest recording. But if you need a noisy, nasty sounding mechanical thing then this'll do it.
City sounds of selling overwinter vegatables. Dec 8, 2016. Recorded in northeast china, with my samsung galaxy s7. The original file was 48khz 256kbps aac. Converted to wav with ffmpeg.
Field recording of demolition of approximately 9 inches deep of reinforced concrete from a cat style skid steer. Some ambient sounds. Wav sound, noise reduction with audacity.
A sound i made of reloading a general assault rifle, it's a lot better quality once you download it. Recorded with sony hdr-pj260v then edited with audacity.
I sound recorded my metal slinky springing up and down as i was holding it. If you put your recorder on the slinky you should end up hearing the following sound, like an armada of storm troopers.
Wind chimes chiming quietly. Good for background sounds. This was recorded in isolation as wind would have killed the recording. Recorded with a zoom h1.
This is a binaural recording made with zoom h4 and a binaural set of core sound microphones. Recorded in paris, france, in the 9th district on a very quiet afternoon.
Group kmm-recording of hands sliding over the fabric of a sofa. Comparable to a swishing/ swirling sound. Recorded with a zoom h4 handheld recorder. Normalized in peak pro 6.
